Since today is Mother's Day, I decided to sit on the sidelines of Robert's game instead of coaching. I'm excited that I actually caught a goal on my video camera.
My favorite part is how excited he gets after he scores. In the beginning of the game, he didn't want to get back in the game when it was his turn to sub out. After he scored a few goals, his attitude changed. The next time it was his turn to sit out, he told me "Mommy, I need to get back in the game. They really need me. I'm the fastest one out there". (not entirely true, but of course I didn't tell Robert that)
He sounds just like his father.
